I ordered product on 11/25, payment was charged on 11/28.
I checked on their site frequently to see the progress of the order and always shows as warehouse processing order. On 12/9, I used their inquiry system to see when the order would be shipped, I received no response. On 12/20, I used their inquiry system with the title cancel order and received a response on 12/22. They said they product was backordered and I could cancel my order at any time. Today, 12/29, I checked the status of the order and still said warehouse processing order. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I'm anticipating having to dispute the charge with my credit card.
