I placed an order with Smartbomb.com on Aug. 15. They charged my credit card on the 15th. I looked up tracking information, there was none. I have continued to try to speak with someone, I have emailed Smartbomb, and I have filed a complaint on their website.
I now am resorting to filing a complaint with my bank, cancelling the order, and writing a complaint in hopes that others will not fall prey to Smartbomb.com. I have ordered from them in the past and had no problem receiving my products. This is a new thing with them... And I should have read the other reports on them and I would NOT have placed my order. They have become scam artists like many other companies on the internet. They take your money and run.
