I want to CANCEL my "super saver/preferred customer" status - I DO NOT want to be charged for any additional products or shipping. I want NOTHING else from this company! The customer service number DOES NOT work - busy signal every time. I finally called the reorder phone number and routed myself to customer service where apparently they are "experiencing high call volume" so it asks you to leave a message and they will call you back (yeah, right!) BUT, imagine that, the voice mailbox is FULL! I knew this was a scam and I fell for it anyway - even discussing all my concerns prior to placing my order - on a recorded (supposedly) line. I want nothing more to do with New Vitality but don't know how to make it STOP!!
