Early in February I spoke to a representative of New Vitality on the phone. She (the rep) called me. My wife and I have ordered products from this company in the past. I assured the company rep that I needed none of the product I order as I have a seven-month supply. I also noted we need none of what my wife orders for the same reason: we have plenty on hand. The company rep agreed we needed nothing at the present time and agreed to call back in a few months. End of conversation.
Then, on the 21st of February I received a box from New Vitality, an order of something I did not order: I do not know what is in the box as I have not opened it. Today, February 23, I found time to call the company's customer service number to complain and to get the company to pay for the return postage. I got a recording which informed me that with the high volumne of calls they were receiving I would need to leave a message with my issue, my name and phone number and I would be called back within 24 hours. I was then transferred to the voice mail recorder where I was informed I would need to call back later as the message file was full.
I was routed back to the original recording and back to the full voice mail file several times before being given a good bye message after-which my call was dropped. I have no confidence based on my experience to date that New Vitality is going to do anything for me. Anyone who will send me an order of something after agreeing with me that I do not need anything is not someone I can trust. I am sorry I got involved with this company.
