This company has a product that I use and like. Its too bad that they are so concerned about "cross selling", other products that I can not longer trust them to buy the product I like.
I ordered my 6 months supply of creams - and they decided they had my consent to "free trail" which of course results in unauthorized charges to my credit card —which is on file.
Then you call attempt to call - try to cancel, over and over and over - either you get on eternal hold or you get "our voice mail box is full"...
Imagine - a valid company using a voice mail box on a 1-800 number promoted over the radio, TV and internet. USING A VOICE MAIL BOX - PLEASE! Its a scam...
New Vitiality will get your credit card number & send you products you don't want & offer full refund (of course less cost of reshipping then cost of restocking fee - so you get 25% of the cost back & if you are one of the very few who ever talk to any person)... Then NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
Finally, we called Wells Fargo Credit Card services. & THEY WERE WONDERFUL - but it took them 25 minutes and 5 phone numbers to finally get a person
Daniel - the New Vitality Rep - he is an "ass"... Obviously trained for the front lines - to thwart pissed off customers - and be sure they have carefully crafted an answer to any complaint or comment you have... And in the end... They will happily give you back $5.00 for your $29.00 order so you can get off the phone... And stop the pain.
DON'T BE STUPID... AVOID THIS COMPANY OR accept months and months of charges and products that you wish you could cancel.
