I placed an order online for a single bottle of Ageless Male after seeing one of their TV ads. I tried this testosterone replacement supplement for a month and found no noticable difference in my health, wellbing, vitality, etc as purported in their ads. So I just gave up on it and quit taking the product. Then, approximately one month after receiving my order, I received a package in the mail wit a second bottle of Ageless Male. The shipping papers indicated that this was an Automatic Refill (Autoship).
I never gave this company any permission to enroll me into any auto refill or autoship program, so I tried calling their Customer Service phone 1-800-943-6465. The first time I tried was at 11AM Arizona time. New Vitality advertises their Customer Servicehours to be Monday thru Friday 9:30 AM to 1PM and 1:30PM to 6 PM Eastern Time. My call was placed at 1PM eastern time so I repeated my call a half hour later, got the same message and left a mssage with my order number, name, zip code and phone number as per their message and left a request to cancel my autoship for Ageless Male. I did not receive any return call and placed further calles, but regardless of the time of day I called, I received the same message.
This appears to be another company that fraudulently forces customers into an endless auto reorder system and make it virtually impossible to cancel. I must now call my bank to try to get them to refuse future billings.
