I originally purchased 2 of their products (Ruby Reds and Royal Greens) for $142.80 which was billed to my AmEx account. At the time I specifically told the New Vitality representative that I did not want additional product sent (and billed) automatically and that I would order as needed.
On 7/8 an additional $151.79 was billed for an automatic shipment that arrived while I was away from home. H When I returned, I contacted New Vitality and told them that I did not order any additional supplements and told them that I was returning them (on 8/12 via UPS at my expense) and demanded a credit for the full amount be issued to my AmEx account. I followed up my conversation with a dispute of the charge filed with AmEx. Based on UPS tracking info, the shipment was received by New Vitality on 8/14. Today is 9/4 and, to date, no credit has been issued by this merchant. While I like the product, I will never order ANYTHING from New Vitality in the future.
