Heart check America
Heart check America signed 10 year contract with us and know they are gone. Maintenance paid in advance and tests incomplete

Purchased 10 year contract for boyfriend and myself at heart check America. Paid maintenance fees in advance 2 years. Heart check did not complete last tests run in March. Now we can't find them anywhere. Would like to participate in class action law suit in Colorado or to get or money back.
