I sent for a free trial of skin serum at a cost of 5.95, in early July and today I have had 69.95 taken from my account without permission

I am 73 years old and a senior citizen, i sent for a free sample of skin serum early in July and I paid with my debit card. I understood this was a FREE sample and all I paid for was the postage of 5.95. Today when I checked my bank satement I find that Radialabs has taken 69.95 from my account without my permission! I do not know hoe to get in touch with this company to ask them for a refund.
