I too fell victim to Heart Check America's Scam. I stopped payment from my checking and hired an attorney. I thought I was making payments to Heart check but a company called Conrad Acceptance said they would be handling billing for Heart Check America. I have not recieved a report regarding the full body scan only a report on the supposedly free heart scan and the bone density. They are continueing to bill me. My attorney was told they had moved and a new company was taking it over. I have not recived anything about the move only bills. They do not seem open for business but still want my money.
