In Seal Beach God help you if you have to go to the bathroom. You have to find someone to walk you to the restroom and let you in, just as if you were a little kid. I avoid going there because of this. Otherwise, the staff is almost always pleasant, with one notable, middle aged female exception. At the nearby Long Beach store, each time I've gone in there, the line is huge, they have one clerk and the manager walks by, looks without interest at the long line, and goes back in his office. I wonder if RiteAid is any better??
