Our CVS Pharmacy appears to be overwhelmed with business. Prescriptions are not filled according to automatic refill. You must wait. Wait times vary at this particular location. I have waited anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour, only to be told that my script still wasn't ready. One of the pharmacists is rude to customers and blames corporate for any difficulty the customer might be experiencing. I am taking my business to Clearfield Pharmacy, where the service is excellent.
The overall appearance of the Clearfield Pharmacy is that a tornado just blew through. Some pharmacy clerks are so slow at peak times it is ridiculous. Customer service is number one on my list when choosing where to buy, and sad to say, I must say goodbye to CVS.
