Pharmacy claims to have great customer service - pharmaceutical

I had been purchasing my medications through the Smith's Pharmacy in SLC, UT for several years. About 2 years ago, the pharmacy was remodeled and the customer service went down the tubes.

I chose this pharmacy because it was close to my work and convenient for me to pick up medications or take new prescriptions in to be filled. The first couple of years I was going there, I would have given them excellent ratings. The pharmacists and technicians were fast, competent, and full of information when asked about specific drugs. After the remodel, I went in about 6 more times before finally giving up and going elsewhere. The line for 'pick-up' was ridiculously long and slow. The 'new' drive through worked for about a month... If that. There were never enough technicians manning the 'drop off' or 'pick up'. Every time my physical address changed, they created a 'new' account for me, so I ended up with 3 accounts all with active prescriptions on them. I asked several times to have all of the accounts consolidated to one because of several miscommunications and mess ups on my refills. I was told they couldn't consolidate the accounts. Surprise, surprise... When I started going to a different Smith's Marketplace Pharmacy (near my new home), they immediately consolidated all of my accounts that got transferred over. So far I haven't had any of the above mentioned problems with the location (knock on wood).
