Need more help - prescription

This is a formal complaint concerning your service in your Victorville WalMart Pharmacy, particularly Friday, September 11 about 10:00am. I was told at your pharmacy that my prescription would not be filed/ready until Monday, September 14 because there were 500 prescriptions needing to be filled ahead of me.

I feel this is unacceptable amount of time to wait for an urgent prescription to be filed. If your pharmacy is having that much difficulty filling prescriptions, doesn’t it make good sense to HIRE additional help to keep up with the amount of customers? You should be ashamed of yourselves for turning customers away!

I understand from the clerk I spoke with that Michael Juice is the Manager responsible for only caring about SALES instead of the importance of pleasing the customers. Don’t you think that you are going to lose customers because of this? Well, you are losing this customer! I need to know that when I get a prescription from the Doctor, I can get it filled right away.
