We just moved to terre haute indiana this month, we thought we transferred our prescriptions to the walmart near us when we took our prescription bottles in to the pharmacy. They had not gotten them done 8 days later, we gave them time since they had to transfer from our old walmart and two had to get dr. Refill, at the end of 18 days they still had not been filled and the pharmacy had not called to transfer of get the dr. Ok, when i got mad and ask them for my bottles back so i could go to another pharmacy they told methey had thrown them away. Now i have to call my dr. And get knew prescriptions and tranfer them. Walmart tech became very rude when i told her i would change pharmacies and told me the pharmacy does not call the dr. To get refills, it was up to the patient to do that. She was very rude and ignorant. Needless to say we have changed pharmacies and we a encouraging others to let them know to change so they might get the idea that their services are terrible and no longer needed.
