Continues to bill me for a cancelled membership more than a year after cancellation

This company continues to bill our debit card $89 for health service discounts despite our canceling the service in June. Repeated attempts to resolve this with the merchant have been ignored.

My wife spoke to a representative of the merchant named Jessica, who was very rude and ignored repeated attempts by my wife to resolve the account dispute, close the account and secure a refund for unused billing.
