Fraudulent, deceptive and dishonest practices Once these practices were apparent, cancelled lease application as provide for by agreement but they refused to refund deposits and advance payments

After completing all lease application forms and providing all necessary information requested, lease approval was delayed — and delayed — and delayed as Innovative continued to contrive new reasons the lease could not be funded. Finally, we quickly and easily arranged for a lease with another company and faxed notice we were withdrawing our application for a lease due to the continued delays in funding our lease/purchase.
We requested a full refund of our deposit and lease application fees. They refused to give our money back and to this day, almost two years later, the have not done so. We have filed suit in our state but they've got our dough.
There are many reputable lease companies. Don't whatever you do, waste your time and risk loosing your money with Innovative. They clearly are an unscrupulous bunch of crooks — and they're getting away with it.
