After repeated attempts at cancellation continues to send and bill for unwanted material

Entered credit card for initial offering. Cancelled immediately but have been continually receiving unwanted materials along with credit card billing.

Will request the credit card company to put Noble on a "Watch List" to stop them from using credit cards.
