Those DazzleSmilePro or DazzleSmile or DazzleWhite are SCAMS on the internet Recently. There are many customers complaining about this SCAM— just type in Google "Dazzle white scam" or "Dazzle smile scame"; you would see blogs and discussions about this company (ies). They market and allow Internet Users to sign up for Trial. (with 14-day). Their Term and condition and privacy on the website are not present as a LINK on the ORDER page; therefore, consumers can not see it (of course can not read it).
I saw an ad on Forbes.com to the website (advertise): http://www.ws5alert.com/dazz/anrwtt / (This website has not real story. Everything on it is fake-even the blog. They even post the logos of CNN, Forbes, abc... Without their concern).
I order the WhiteSmilePro for $0.00 14-day trial with $1.99 shipping. 2 Mins later I found out that this is the SCAM. I went back to the website, call 888-948-5508, and they are close for Sunday; however, they have online livechat feature. I asked them to cancel the packet for TRIAL. She could not cancel the shipping trial through the chat room.
The Term of Use had been written that additional fee of $87.62 for not RETURN the Trial.in addition, they also sign me up for other programs that I have to pay more money if I don't cancel.
I don't think this is appropriate for the site to charge me and other poor people without their knowledge of HIDDEN fee. It is unethical as doing business within the U.S.
The company will not be succeeding in future because of its mal-practice of HIDDEN fee. I will never EVER deal with this company again, and I will spread the words to all of my friends and families and the whole society on YOUTUBE, myspace, facebook, twitters... So that they will see the true face of an Unethical Company that take money out of their customers without their knowledge.
