Dazzle Smile billed $49.02 then 79.28 without my authorization.

Ordered a 14-day trial for $4.95 S&H and I am billed $49.92 under WellBHealth and today I'm charged a different amount under Ulti Fresh Well @ 79.28 according to my bank.
Even though I called to cancel my trial on the second day.
