I ordered the trial of smile white / dazzlesmile that I was charged $0.99 for. I never received it and tried calling them several times: unable to and no email online... All we have to contact them is the phone (sorry mistaken, there is Live chat... But every time you try, they are gone for 45 minutes). Then to top it off, on 10/16/09, they charged my bank account for the amount of $87.62... Still unable to contact anyone. Cannot even reach anyone to cancel this ripoff company... There must be something that can be done legally.
