Once you provide your credit card details, you can not cancel the trial and the company begins to charge your credit card every month. Dazzlesmile also gives your credit card details to a "health club" that also starts to charge your credit card automatically after 30 days.
To cancel my "membership" I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges with my bank.
