I went to Dr. Luther for invisalign. I paid for invisalign to close gaps in my teeth. He put braces. After having the braces for over a year, he failed to close gaps and straighten teeth. He put 6 lumineers on my teeth. Lumineers were bulky, yellow, uneven, bacteria between teeth and lumineers due to poor work on his end. He ruined my smile completely. The work on lumineers was not properly done nor finished. After removing braces he failed to give me a retainer to maintain the rotated teeth at the position, so the teeth rotated back, he put braces again on those teeth, but failed again to fix them.
I ended up with very sensitive teeth now. Even when I smile it hurts from just air on my teeth. I have to pay $12,000 out of pocket to fix what he ruined. The work that needs to be done to my teeth now to fix them is so very unnecessary had I not gone to him from the start. If I went to a real dentist, who knows what he's doing and doesn't rip off people by just focusing on making money off them, none of this work would have to be done to my teeth. I wouldn't be paying all this money, I wouldn't be in pain as I am constantly, I wouldn't have to go through changing my look and smile, I wouldn't have to have my teeth worked on so much and this entire overhaul done to them.
Dr. Luther over charged me. He and his office staff kept saying they are giving me a good deal on lumineers.in the end they billed me over $9000 for braces and lumineers, plus some whitening they did that only hurt my teeth, no whitening result was obvious.
They do not know what they are doing at that office. They just want to make money off people and rip them off. They don't care about the patient's needs at all. They just want to sell services they don't even know how to do just to make money. This doctor is an orthodontist, he should be improving smiles not ruining them. His work is horrible, his experience is poor, his staff and himself are not professional, several times he took personal phone calls while working on patients, he would just leave the patient there and go take the call.
This doctor ripped me off (and I'm sure other people too). He cost me $20,000 for wanting to close gaps in my teeth with invisalign. He created work and just ruined everything for me when my case was very simple and easy. I shouldn't have trusted him. He doesn't know what he's doing.
