Sent in rebate form and never received one. They say they never received the process fee which my credit card shows that fee was processed by their company New Jersey New Jersey

Wellwatchersmd claims they never received process fee so they cannot carry through with a rebate due to me. My credit card company shows the process fee was paid to wellwatchersmd somewhere in NJ. Have made several attempts through e-mails and phone calls, have even offered to send a personnel check to cover process fee and they refused.
