A $50 rebate was mailed 11/29/03. I called 800-503-3558 and and talked to Melissa on 2/10/04. She said it was approved 1/21/04 and was going through the process for a check to go out. I sent an email to "[email protected] on 2/11 and never received a reply.
On 2/18/04 I talked to Shannon who said it "doesn't show a process date". She said she'd email and ask for a process date. I did not hear back from her.
I talked to Carasina 3/9. She said the rebate was approved. She went out to the rebate site and said it was showing on the site. She clicked "send rebate check" - she said sometimes if no action is taken on the site it waits for the next payment release date.
If this was approved 1/21/04, I don't understand why almost two months later it should be necessary to go out and click "send rebate check". Do they let these just there for a while and either finally send the check or never send the check if don't click the button? You'd think the fact that the buyer has complied with all the rebate requirements that it would be self-evident that they wanted a rebate check sent.
