I made an order for a health supplement from the internet through www.1fast400.com. A day later I received a notification that the product is unavailable and I needed to wait for another 3 days and then the product will be ship. A week later I did not receive any acknowledgement nor a note that the product have been shipped. I then email their customer service at [email protected] to enquire. No reply. I am from Singapore and I could not call the number that they gave on their website due to it is a Toll-Free number which can only be called if you are within the United State. So, my only way of communication with them is through email which they did not reply. I sent 3 emails to them without any reply. I searched their website for more information and I saw another email address any complaint. I sent to that email address [email protected]. No reply. I sent another email and threaten that I will dispute my credit card and will make sure that everybody knows my experience. I then received an email from Dennis of [email protected]. The email reads:-

I don't know if you are not receiving my messages from service@bulknutrition or not so I am sending you one from my Personnal email.

The absolution plus is backordered for another 2-3 days before we receive it. If you wish to get something else as a replacement I would be more than happy to do so and apply a 15% discount for your trouble and delay.

I am so sorry that you haven't been receiving emails from the bulknutrition server, please check spam. I can also refund this if you wish. Please let me know what you want to do and I will take care of it. I am so sorry for the backorder and really sorry for the delay as well.

The above email is my last email I received from them. I replied to the above email and ask them kindly to send me the product but that is all the communication I received from them. I also told them I receive NO email or notification what-so-ever as I do check my Spam before clearing them. I ask Dennis to reply to me using his personal email since that "he thinks" that works. No email from him since.
