My Husband and i joined la fitness in mcdonough on nov. 15. Everything was fine and ok. Until one of the personal trainers talked us into having training sessions. I explained to the personal trainer who was supose to be a Manger, that I have trained before at another gym, and what I expected back in return. So he assured me that they were on top of everything. We would have two separate work out plans to work with. That is why we paid 149.00 nonrefundable enrollment fee and our first month work out session up front for.
Well our first session was nothing of what we disscused. The trainer had call our home and left a message that she would have to move our appointment back because she double booked herself, keep in mind when we made our appointment with her no one else was schedule in that time slot. Then when we got there it seem like she rush thru our 30min session. It felt like someone was just walking around watching us use the machines. We could have did that on our own, what a waist of OUR TIME this was.
That same day I pulled the so, call manger to the side and explained to him how we was rushed. And he told us dont worry he would take care of everything.
After our second session of working out we complained to the "manger" about the trainer had a bad attitude working with us that session. At that point we told him we did not want to work out with her anymore. He said I will train you myself. The day of our next appointment with him, when we walked in he told us he could not work out with us because he had pneumonia. That was the last draw for us, so we went to the other manager and told him our situation and we would just like to cancel our personal training services. He told us he was sorry for the inconveince that we had endure and promise us he will take care of it. Come to find out a month later nothing has been done to help us cancel our account but we are still being charged every month for services we are not receiving at all. The managers at this place just tell you LIE's to your face, so you don't make a scene in the gym. I will not even recommend this place to my worst enemy or anybody to try there personal training service. Please don't fall for there trap like we did, save your TIME and MONEY the aggeration is not worth it. Find some place else to workout you will thank us later, that you did. Finally none of the managers seems to know what is going on and how you can get the problem resolve. It's all about the MONEY with them and not about YOU at all.
