I had joined La Fitness to help become fit. My doctor thought a gym and personal trainer would be a good idea.
I paid a $1085 for a personal trainer. I was sent for my session. On my first session the trainer was late. Second session trainer was late and did not work with me. Worked with another client! I had paid up front for these services. Another session was schedule and then cancceled.
When ProResults was confronted they lied right to my face about scheduling being refunded. I got a script read from everyone I have talked to. This is happening to a lot of individuals and LA FITNESS is in bed with these Personal Training companies.
It is a big time SCAM! And now that I have come to usacomplaints.com and heard the other horror stories maybe I can learn something and get some to get my money back. I have learned alot already. I thank all of you for taking the time to make this companies know for their awful tratment of us as consumers.
