Just like - apparently - a lot of others, I was scammed. After following all the proceedures to cancel my membership, I was continually charged. After months of not being able to get the manager's to resolve the problem, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Then I was threatened with letters and phone calls from Massaggio's "Customer Service". I googled the company to find a corporate number only to find LOTS of investigations and lawsuits against Massaggio.
Don't bend over and take it! I'm fighting this and will not be pushed around. Btw... I stuck around for my whole contract, as agreed to, and suffered through mediocre - at best - massages, in a badly constructed facility.in a spa atmosphere, you expect to not have paper thin walls. I could always hear EVERY word spoken in the next room!
