I am trying to reach every board on the internet to warn people about Massaggio Spa in Alpharetta, Georgia. Obviously, by reading other posts, I am not the only person that has been scammed by thier unethical business practices. They direct debit my account, and I have tried to cancel my membership for more than six months. They have billed me twice in a month multiple times and for different amounts. I have faxed them, mailed them, and spoken to a woman on the phone, all to no avail in cancelling this membership. If you call the corporate office, the phone tree disconnects and does not take your messsages.
I am seeking legal advice, as they are ruthless in continued billing, stating that must have in writing your cancellation. I have writtten and faxed, and the money keeps coming out of my account. Under no circumstances would I let this company direct debit an account, as it will never stop. I am sending a letter to every employee in my company advising them to not do business with Massaggio.
