I bought modern lenses at Sears. Delivered 3 times since couldn't observe together. I had been informed the prescription was proper and also to return to my opthalmologic. The web site claims "Satisfaction Assured Without Any Questions Requested." DON'T THINK SEARS OR THEIR VISUAL SUPPLIER, U.S. Visual. It's been twelve months and that I am still battling to come back spectacles I can't use. They explained I should return within 3 months - I did so attempt! U.S. Visual runs the Sears Visual facilities so it's ineffective to create a towards the store-manager. Our eye-doctor explained they offered me poor contacts which were not the caliber of my present contacts (significantly older) plus they must consider them back instantly. Warning: you receive that which you purchase - discover your eye-care physician who's an expert and it has your wellbeing and wellness in your mind. U.S. Visual and Sears will require you cash and never provide you with anything-but the run-around. Really, very poor company. Their visual divisions must have to become authorized using the condition and also have recommendations however they do not. I wonder just how many seniors have now been robbed by Sears Optical. Sears - pity you!!!
