I got my 16-year old boy to get a top location on 3/27/08. The very first overhead the physician, Sophia Rodrigues, smashed while attempting to put it over my boyis enamel. They attempted to correct it for 2 hours, without visiting the waiting place to inform me that which was happening. Obviously, I had been annoyed, but I had been not rude or disrespectful. On 5/15/08 throughout the next endeavor having a fresh steel overhead, Dr. Rodrigues reported to my boy about me being upset over the last visit and created my boy acutely unpleasant as he's been elevated to not talk to adults about additional people, particularly not their own parents. 24 hours later, I telephoned Dr. Rodrigues to inform her later on must she have any grievances or issues about me-she must talk to me straight and never keep in touch with my small child. The physician was extremely defensive, snotty, and refused she mentioned something to my boy. She also known as me "unprofessional" (I actually donot understand why she named me this when I was calling like a worried guardian never as a "skilled").
Since my partner gives a great deal in dental insurance, and of course the out-of-pocket costs we sustained, I'll be worrying to boss / President Robert Fontana. Not just can I never move there again, I'll not provide my other kids and that I may inform my buddies, household (heck actually my opponents!) to not frequent Aspen Dental. Oh, because the next overhead was produced from the cheaper steel, we're due a reimbursement from Aspen Dental. I assume an extended slow fight to obtain this cash as after I raised the reimbursement towards the assistant, she explained it'd be more straightforward to simply utilize it towards additional dental services at Aspen. Yes right.
In most my existence, I've never undergone a dentist as impolite, defensive and unprofessional as Dr. Rodrigues. Based on my dental insurance site, she graduated from dental college in 2005. Maybe she was missing your day they trained just how to connect to kids individuals, and just how to consult with their parents. Never again!
