On November 21, I ended this auction with Buy it Now and paid immediately. On 11/27 I asked seller if item had shipped they said yes. On 12/6 I contacted seller that item still not received. They emailed on 12/7 and said item was returned destroyed and that they would refund the full amount plus an additional 15.00. This is Tuesday, 12/11, no refund and seller will not return emails or phone calls.
I held up my end of the transacion and paid immediately, they are failing in their customer even though they state "Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You can open a dispute or call us at 1-800-782-2291. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2 business days." Ha, it's a lie.

I ordered a sun lamp from DH Medical online. It arrived in good time but the light bulbs inside were all broken.
I called them and they said they would send me some replacement bulbs. This was in September. It is now December and I haven't seen any bulbs at all.
I have called them repeatedly with no satisfaction. After a few phone calls, they said the bulbs had been sent and must be stuck in customs.
I called a few weeks later as I still didn't receive any bulbs. I asked for a tracking number and was put on hold and then was hung up on!
This company is a complete ripoff.
