I bought three of the 2-bulb sets at Lowes and found that none of the 6 bulbs worked. I called the toll free number on the packing and Dell computer
answered the phone and said they were getting a lot of the incorrect calls.
On some of the bulbs, the base is actually crooked. There were no cracks or
damage to the packaging.
I would like new working bulbs sent to me or would like to be included in class action suit if available. The defective bulbs are 65 watts and made in China.

These bulbs were not used on dimmer switches and another company's bulbs used in the same socket after removing the bright effect bulb worked fine.
If the company is replacing these for consumers, they can contact me by email. It's ironic to see on the package that I'm going to save so much money in energy costs by using these bulbs when the bulbs didn't function.
I noted another report about these bulbs on this site and actually found this web site while trying to find a way to contact the company.
