This Company sends many items on Ebay and charges extremely high shipping costs. Send bulbs and glass items in non padded envelopes.
I order automobile light bulbs from this company and paid over $6.00 in shipping and handling. When the bulbs came to my home it was in a non padded envelope with a 60 cents postage on it. The bulbs were completely destroyed. The seller blamed this on me for not purchasing insurance. I was foolish enough to order the item again with insurance and asked the seller to make sure that the envelope is padded. Well once again, I recieved the item in a 60 cent postage unpadded envelope and as you would expect it was destoyed as well. This time I had the insurance but the seller would still not provide with with a refund or the replacement of this item.
I can prove all my claims as I made payment through paypal.
Many other buyers from ebay have contacted me as they have the same experience with this seller.
We have written so many times to ebay but they refuse to get involved. I am pursuing mail fraud and writing the attorney general.
