I was not the typical trainer in this company because I only trained one client and I was not the best at turning in my session logs on time. But, when I finally did I realized that I was not getting paid for past logs.
I also found out that my last check was not able to be cashed. They owe me payment for 10 sessions I have already serviced. My client on the other hand still has 25 sessions left that are prepaid.
Because I have morals I have decided to train them at a very discounted rate. Not only am I losing out tons of money that NHT obviously owes and will owe me from putting my time in but my client has lost out on over $1000.
I would like to follow the rest of everybody and do whatever it takes to make sure this company gets what it deserves. I'm glad that there are others that are willing to do the same since I thought it was just going to be affecting a few individuals.
You can file complaints through the Attorney General's Office but who knows where that will take us. If anyone finds out any informatin please keep things posted!
