Faulty bulbs, rude customer service, denies claims

Hello,

My name is Kenneth Gray. I contacted you a few months ago about some faulty cfl globes I purchased. At first, I was treated very rudely by a CSR via telephone. Eventually, I contacted someone who sent me replacements. Now, those bulbs have all burned out. I use them in a four light strip in our bathroom. When you sent me new bulbs, I went out and purchased two bulbs from another company. Those bulbs are still working. The last of your bulbs burned out last night. I don't understand how your bulbs are burning out, while the ones from another company don't. Could you please send me three replacement bulbs;
