Company had "problems" with USPS delivery system and product was returned to them. A sales rep via e-mail promised to send out a new shipment 2 weeks ago. I have not received product, company does not return my emails asking why they charged me 75.00 dollars when I have not received their product, and the phone number listed on my credit card bill only connects to a voice mail. I've been ripped off!
