I purchases a hard drive through this online company. The company immediately charged my credit card for the product. I did not receive the product and attempted to contact the company via phone, email and web site messages. The company never returned calls nor responded to electronic messages. Somewhat later I received an email with an invoice titled REFUND CONFIRMATION. However my credit card was not credited for the amount previously debited, nor was a check issued to me for that amount. Again I called, leaving voice mail; emailed and received no response.
