I ordered the product by online but I received an e-mail saying that there was problem processing my order. I took vacations for two weeks, when I came back, I saw the product on my mail box. I called them to say that I was not interested to keep the product and they said that send it back. They charged the product to my credit card, and I called them again, they said my refund going to be processing in the two following weeks. But until now they don't do anything. From that time I called them two or three times per week and now when I choose to talk with costumer service they hang up the call.
