I placed an order in January for free stop smoking trial shipped to my daughter's address. I saw this ad on T.V. For free stop smoking products to order on line at mytimetoquit.com
I ordered this free trial as a surprise for my daughter in hopes this product would help her quit smoking. The only charge was for shipping which was around $3.95 which I agreed to pay via credit card. (that's how they get your credit card)
In the shipment to my daughter's home for this "free" product, this company included product that was not free. Neither my daughter or myself knew that the "free" product was for only 2 weeks and the rest of the product included in the shipment was not free.
A few weeks later another shipment came and my daughter returned to sender and sent e-mail advising return of product and to cancel any further shipments.
We tried to call this company to resolve this unauthorized shipment and charge to my credit card, however they keep hanging up on me. My daughter hassent them several e-mails advising same, but this issue remains unresolved and my credit card company will not charge them back because this company has provided "fraudulent" proof of my order.
Next Click Media committed fraud and illegally shipped product that "they claim" was not free, besides the fact that the product was returned.
I did not order, authorize or accept product knowlingly that was not free. This is illegal andI want my $107.90 back.
