I received an initial "automatic" shipment of their product and promptly returned it on January 26. I sent it by certified mail, and have a signed receipt, so I KNOW they have it. However, I have not received a credit to my credit card. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email and have not received any response. No response at all! Nothing. Silence. Nada. They are ignoring me. Meanwhile I am being charged interest on my credit card every month for this charge.
I want a credit for the product I returned.
