Frontier Pharmacy turned over my credit card information to an outfit in Cyprus. This outfit debited my account with Bank of America $19.95 for the past four months.
I requested Bank Of America to stop this debit. The only way I could stop the debits was to cancel my card with BA. Even this is not a guarantee that I will get my money back. BA claims they have to check the validity of my complaint before making a final re-imbursement of my money.
As of now, BA will only refund me for the past two months debits. I received a standard litany from the BofA security representative claiming that BofA's legal staff believes BofA is only responsible for the past 60 days of fraudulent debits.
Frontier is a bad outfit, without doubt, but Bank of America sleeps in the same bed.
I gave the BofA representative the URL for the usacomplaints.com and suggested she should visit it. She showed absolutely no interest in doing so.
