I am a victim of stolen identity. I did not order a thing from Frontier Pharmacy but some how they got my debit card # and have been debiting 20.95 for the past two months. I am headed to the bank tomorrow to close this debit account however I do not even know how to get in touch with this company to demand my money back of 41.90. Fat chance on getting it back since all I have is LSM5-us-pay.com from my bank statement. After reading several other peoples stories it sounds like someone must stop this company from all the fraud and the owner should be looking at jail time and be forced to refund us all our money back.
