Victim of BofA and Fraud account

My daughter was a victim of fraud and was provided a new account by BOA after reporting her pocket book was stolen.

BOA has over the past few months started to charge the new account for fraudulent actions that they have been unable to reconcile properly.

Basically taking my daughter's money to cover their poor fraud practices and apparent inability to reconcile the old account.

Although they claim there is no connection between the new and old fraudulent account, clearly they are connected and BofA takes money anytime they wish.

My daughter has now closed her account and has been trying to recover the missing money using in bank representatives and fraud representative by phone with no success. 20 hours of waster time and and counting, 6 visits and counting, at least 10 BofA staff who cannot or will not help.
