Apparently I (or someone else) ordered - or tried to order - some medications from this bogus on-line company using my debit card number. I have never received any merchandise from them; however my checking account has been debited for $20.95 every month like clockwork since July of '07.
You may think I'm pretty stupid to have waited this long to do anything about it, but I thought the debit was for something else that I had legitimately signed up for. As it turned out, the legitimate membership had never processed, therefore I was not seeing double debits to my account.
Anyway, now that I have ascertained what the fraudulent debits are for, I have contacted my bank, who contacted Frontier pharmacy. The CSR, named "John" - at ext 1020, said he would contact their headquarters and request that all my debited funds be returned immediately - within 2 days. As information - the phone number he gave as headquarters is 877-434-3329.
I just called that number and it is, in fact the Customer Service number for Frontier. Unfortunately, today is Saturday, and their office is open M-F, 9AM to 5PM. Needless to say, I will call again on Monday.
