I signed up for a *Free Trial Offer* of WhiteOvernight at whiteovernight.com and after 14 days I tried to cancel any further orders on the product because I was very unsatisfied with it and the email address supplied on the website was an auto-response.in the Auto-Response email it gives you another email address to email to to cancel orders and that email is an auto-response as well ([email protected]). Upon dealing with the whole situation and finally talking with someone to cancel any further charges and orders of the product they informed me that it was done. No more money would be taken out of my account and the trial was a unsatifaction. For I was a very unsatisfied customer. They still charged me for the product.
When I called them with the number my bank supplied me with they informed me that they can't do anything about it. The purchase was a final purchase. (What purchase I cancelled!!!) So they informed me that I needed to contact my bank and file a dispute for the money. Well it also thru my account into negative overdraft fees because I was unaware of the charges that were going to be placed on my account.
Bad business. This is a scam if you can don't do the free trial they are just in it for taking your money no matter what you say!!!
I will never buy anything online again!
