Do not do business with this company. They have ripped off so many people it's not even funny. They offer you a trial period of 14 days to try out their product to see if you like it and if you don't you have to get in contact with them before 14 days is up and cancel your account. You can't get in touch with anyone by phone to cancel your account but in their TOS it states you have to talk to a live person to confirm your identity, but then when you call the phone number they state that you have to email them at their support email to cancel your subscription. I called first on the 12th day of my trial and got the message to cancel by email so I emailed them on the 12th day of my subscription and the next day I received an email back stating this:
"Our records indicate that you did not cancel within the 14 day trial and were charged the monthly shipment. This order and charge cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund. It is clearly stated in our terms and conditions that if we do not receive a cancellation our company has the obligation to charge the credit card on hand for the monthly shipment. It also states in the trial terms that monthly orders cannot be refunded and may only be cancelled to stop future shipments. All orders shipped and returned without authorization will be shipped back to the customer and or disregarded. All future orders have been cancelled. You agreed to our terms and conditions upon ordering the free trial and hence our bound to our policy."
So I emailed them back telling them that I was still within my trial period that I was contacting them to cancel and today I received this:
"It is a 14 day trial. If we do not hear from you before the 14 day trial you are charged the 88.97$. You were charged accordingly. We cannot issue a refund based on your misunderstanding of our terms and conditions. Shipment has been sent out. Returns will not be accepted. We will not be discussing this matter any further."
This company is nothing but a rippoff cause they charge you for the next order before your trial is ever even up. I am not the only person they have done this to. Do not do business with this company.
