I ordered a free sample of hoodia pills, just pay $5.95 shipping and handling. Next thing I know they charge my account $99.90, having no idea for what, and also charge my account $29.00 a month for some diet and excersise program. I did not sign up for that.
Today I receive 2 bottles of those hoodia pills which I did not order, and they charged me another $99.90. I spoke with my bank, and asked if they could block any charges from them, and they told me it would cost me $22 everytime. I am disabled, and living on social security, and I cannot afford what this company is doing to me. I tried contacting them, but am getting no where, and neither is the bank. They gave me temporary credit, while they investigate, but if they run into the same dead ends, I am gonna lose my money. Is there any help for us consumers?
I will say one thing. I will never order a free sample on line again.
