I ordered what I thought to be a risk free trial with a shipping charge of $3.95. Seven days after, my creditcard is charged $106.— for product from this company. Before having even received the free trial. What is the point of a free trial if you dont even get to try it and see if you wish to order this product. I can find no return or refund policy on the website at all. I think this is incredibly dishonest and I hate to think how many people have been left out of pocket as a result of this scam. As a result I am instantly charged overlimit fees and have incurred more overlimit fees, three in total because of this charge. I have had to call my credit issuers repeatedly and they tell me that I must wait 30 days from when the product was returned until they can do anything. Even after telling them what this company told me: "That there would be no refund issued and that I had to take it up with the creditcard company if I wanted to file a fraudulent charges dispute".in the meantime my fees keep climbing and I simply cannot afford to pay them.
